A summer series that aired from June to September in 1962 and was not picked up for another season. Host John Ciardi tours famous vacation and cultural destinations such as Hawaii, San Francisco Bay, Monticello, Yellowstone, Thomas Benton’s studio, Reno, and the American Shakespeare Festival. At each destination Ciardi provides historical context and interviews local experts.
