Sworn statement that Charles Meyers, seaman on the ship Grand Turk was impressed by a press gang at Liverpool, England, on or about April 26, 1812, but was afterwards discharged at Plymouth, England as this deponent was informed by the America Consul at Liverpool--that said Meyers had an American protection.
