Indiana's Scenic State Parks

About this item

Description The film provides a comprehensive overview of Indiana’s state parks by region. After first locating each park on a map of Indiana, it then provides scenes highlighting the major features, natural resources, recreational activities, and facilities available at each. Visitors are also shown actively engaging in recreational activities, enjoying natural scenery, and taking advantage of various park amenities. The film includes all of the state parks designated at that time including Dunes, Bass Lake, Tippecanoe, Kankakee, Shades, Turkey Run, Pokagon, Mounds, Whitewater, Versailles, Muscatatuk, Clifty Falls, Scales Lake, Lincoln, Spring Mills, Shakamak, McCormick’s Creek, Cataract Lake, and Brown County.
