Beginning in the autumn of 2018, the Indiana University Latin American Music Center participated in Mexico Remixed, a festival presented by the Arts & Humanities Council at Indiana University. Like previous Global Arts & Humanities Festivals, Mexico Remixed was designed to interact with the art, culture, and history of Mexico through a series of exhibits, performances, films, and other events. The LAMC participated in events throughout the festival year with exhibits that highlighted Mexico’s rich musical culture.
