Maxine Rush, birth date unknown, died 1925. This unique tombstone features a small statue of a church. As of 2011 the church tombstone is no longer extant and has been replaced with a more traditional tombstone with the inscription "Rock a bye baby in the treetop," suggesting Rush died as an infant or child.
