Oil Painting of the Wylie House by Theophilus A. Wylie III or Samuel Brown Wylie

Title

Oil Painting of the Wylie House by Theophilus A. Wylie III or Samuel Brown Wylie

Description

This oil painting of the north side of the Wylie House is thought to have been made in the early twentieth century by one of Seabrook's sons, either Theophilus A. Wylie III or Samuel Brown Wylie. The beautiful and careful artistry reveals a deep connection to the Wylie House, which both boys called home as young children.
