Gingerbread Chalet

Every year since I was very young, I have made a gingerbread house around the holidays. As a child, I made graham cracker houses for charity. Now that I've aged out, it's just become a fun creative tradition. I have baked the gingerbread in the past, which is much harder- this one involved pre-baked cookies!
