The first time I saw Pumzi I felt like it reflected on how confined society can become if a water war were to happen. I also believed that it correlated with desperation, hope, and sacrifice. The second time that I saw Pumzi I began to ask deeper questions. Why did everyone conform to this way of living? Do they know for sure that the world is dead? Is someone telling someone this? Is it a piece to a bigger puzzle? For me, it has offered the opportunity to put myself into the perspective of someone who lives under water regulations. It has also offered me the opportunity to widen my thinking when it comes to water and its possibilities.
