Description Explains the research efforts of marine scientists in conserving the natural resources of the sea, increasing the productivity of the sea, and discovering new facts about the sea and the life within it. Visits Miami's Biscayne Bay to examine the waters and bottom to learn the effects of urban pollution on animal life; Boca Grande Pass to see marine biologists tagging and releasing huge game fish; and Everglades National Park where relatively primeval waters are examined to learn the kinds of animals now present.
