Description Rootie dresses up as a detective in order to solve the mystery of Polka Dottie’s polka-dot obsession, which ends in song. Through his detective skills, Rootie also learns of the importance of whole milk in Silvercup bread. Gala Poochie brings to attention a pressing concern of an incoming Native American chief called “Big Chief Tom O’Hawk.” The rest of the episode consists of Big Todd and Rootie investigating who this mysterious chief is, while incorporating several aspects of Native American culture modern audiences would find offensive.
