Description	Rootie announces his marriage in this 15 minute episode. In this practical joke, Rootie tries to marry Gala Poochie Pup and sings about marriage while doing so. Not to be outdone lyrically, Silvercup uses the on-screen talent to sing their jingle. Big Todd and Rootie also plan out a picnic, with the help of Dr. Deetle Doodle, Polka Dottie, and a particular magic kazoo. Competition between El Squeako Mouse and Gala Poochie threatens to ruin the picnic festivities.
