The skit centers around Big Todd and Rootie singing "Ain't She Sweet" about Polka Dottie. Gala Poochie Pup makes a speech and Mr. Deetle Dootle and El Squeako Mouse show up with banners for “Be Kind to People Week.” Poison Zanzibou shows up, dressed as the Flower Lady, to try and steal Rootie's Magic Kazootie.
