Presents some of the founders of Russian Bolshevism as it rose out of the London Congress of the Russian Social Democratic parties in 1903. Uses commentary and dramatic reenactments to contrast Lenin's "Iskra" or hard-core organization with other groups attending the Congress. Portrays Lenin's efforts to form a "Bolshinistvo" or majority of the Congress and the policies of this new group.
